<div> 为进一步推进“两个打造”具体任务，深化全市国有文艺院团改革，9月16日，鄂尔多斯市文化和旅游局党组书记李芸到鄂尔多斯市乌兰牧骑进行调研，市文旅局副局长刘满山参加调研。</div>

<div> 调研组观看了“红色文艺轻骑兵”——鄂尔多斯市乌兰牧骑风采展，调度了迎接党的二十大主题晚会创排进度，观看了“两个打造”工作专题片，到演员练功练琴练声的场地进行了实地走访。随后与市乌兰牧骑环节干部及职工代表召开了座谈会。</div>

<div> 座谈会上，市乌兰牧骑队长丁云岗向调研组汇报了单位的运行情况以及“两个打造”专项工作的开展情况，并就制约文艺院团发展的相关问题进行了汇报。通过实地调研及听取汇报，李芸对乌兰牧骑在文化艺术事业取得的成绩表示充分肯定，她指出，为了响应市委、市政府的工作新要求，满足人民群众的新期待，乌兰牧骑要突出政治站位，从讲政治的高度严守意识形态主阵地，从文化艺术的角度诠释好、宣传好党和国家的方针政策，让人民群众真切感知。李芸强调，文化艺术事业的高质量发展要实现“破冰”，不仅要在创作上推陈出新，更要在发展运行机制上有所创新，从而驱动全市文化艺术事业更上新台阶、再创新辉煌。李芸对迎接党的二十大文艺晚会创排工作进行了部署，要求市乌兰牧骑要对文艺节目做好审核把关，统筹安全生产、疫情防控与创演工作，在党的二十大召开前后确保各项工作安全开展，为迎接党的二十大胜利召开营造良好氛围。</div>
